We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience. After a long, grueling recovery since Hurricane Helene floods wiped out our state-of-the-art production facility in Fletcher, NC, we are no longer able to support operations with outside vendors while maintaining our strict standards for quality and efficiency. We have made the difficult decision to temporarily close CanvasPrints.com and plan to reopen before Q4 2026 with a completely reimagined experience.
Hurricane Helene brought catastrophic flooding to Western North Carolina in late 2024. Our home — the Blue Ridge Mountains of Fletcher, NC — was among the hardest-hit regions. Watch the video below to understand the scale of destruction that our team, our facility, and our community endured.

CanvasPrints.com was founded in 2019 by Maddison Lake with a simple mission: produce the highest-quality custom canvas prints in America, hand-stretched and hand-finished by craftspeople who care. From a small workshop in Western North Carolina, the brand quickly grew a loyal national following — built on word of mouth, fast turnaround times, and an obsessive attention to color, texture, and archival longevity.
We survived the upheaval of COVID-19 by doubling down on what made us different: 100% USA manufacturing, premium materials, and direct relationships with our customers. As demand grew, so did our ambition. In 2023 we completed an $11.5M expansion into a state-of-the-art production facility at 145 Cane Creek Industrial Park Rd in Fletcher, NC — a campus designed to scale our craft without compromising it.
Then, in late 2024, Hurricane Helene struck. Catastrophic flooding tore through Henderson County and devastated our facility, our equipment, and our community. The road back has been long. After months of grueling recovery, we have made the difficult decision to pause operations rather than ship work that doesn't meet the standard our customers expect. We will return — better, faster, and more imaginative — before Q4 2026.
