Box of coromandel wood, inlaid with tin and with tin batter, resting on double square legs. The coffin has outstretched corners and rules. The sides are equipped with wavy tin fittings at the top; the key plate at the front is included. The bulbed lid has a middle line, on which a handle in the form of a shell. The two panels are each inlaid with four stylized seahorses, between which carving with the initials AF and 8 May 1929, within a cartouche shape.
