Flat oval ivory box with lid turned by Tsar Peter the Great and revered by him to his physician Nicolaas Bidloo. On the underside is engraved over the entire surface; decorations carved on the lid, with three star-shaped twelve-pointed rosettes on each other, around which oval rings, around them again a double ring of small waves; the side of the lid is formed by some descending ridges. Inscription on the lid: OPUS PETRI MAGNI PRIMI totius Russiae IMPERATORIS propria manu torno factum mihi Nicolas Bidloo archiatro suo, in aeternam ejus gratia memoriam Petropoli Clementer largitum 13 November 1724 Reverenter acreligiose in mea Familia Conservetur. This ivory box is kept in an oval box of tombak with a painting.
