Cartoon on the war between the Republic and England. The Dutch Lion defends itself somewhat against the British leopard. Hereby Englishmen, the Dutch merchant and Catharina the Great united with the princes in the Covenant of Armed Neutrality. An Englishman takes the lion's trident and has conquered a list of places across England from the Netherlands, including New York. In the background the Spaniard and the Frenchman with the names of places conquered the British, and America. The print includes two separate text sheets with explanations of the numbers 1-15 in Dutch and French.
