Four woman heads in frames, with different hats. According to the accompanying text: Fig. 1: Hat with a wide protruding border of pink pleated tafside, trimmed with a border of lace. To the poffende sphere of the hat a ribbon "au diadème". In front of and behind on the hat a bouquet of artificial flowers. A veil of white gaze falls from the back to the back. Around the neck a fichu; wide falling shoulder mant of black tafside. Long gold earrings 'à la plaque'. Fig. 2: Large hat of blue tafside with edge of white lace. Around the sphere a yellow-black ribbon 'au Diadème' that forms two bows. On the bulb two feathers. A voile of white gaze is attached to the hat from behind. Pierrot of tafside. Fichu with strips. Fig. 3: Hat of the same type, but of a 'new' fabric: gaze with white and pink stripes. The hat is decorated with a border of roses and an aigrette of three feathers. Caraco of striped tafside and fichu with strips. Fig. 4: Straw-colored hat of the same type, with sphere of blue taf silk, around which a blue ribbon. Simple aigrette. Long veil of white gaze, attached to the back of the hat. Green 'Pierrot' with white fichu with strips. All four women have a haircut 'à la Conseillère'. (these hats all have a carcass of iron wire to support the edge) The print is part of the 6th Cahier from Cabinet des Modes ou les Modes Nouvelles.
