Orangistic cartoon on some Rotterdam shooters, members of the union company, who in mid-December 1786 submitted a violent address to the courtroom to force the vroedschap to elect a larger number of members. Five gunmen in a room in front of a closet from which a door can open, revealing the devil standing behind it. On the sheet below the plate an explanation of the performance. It also contains the names of five men: J.Ph. Hildebrand, J.J. Raaff, F. Brusselaars, A. vander Hart and J. Buysen.
