The shape consists of two demountable parts. On the inside of the two parts, a space is saved in such a way that it has the shape of a handle of a jug, with the round hinge part with two notches on the upper end. On the outside, both parts are five-planed and provided with a square, somewhat sloping protrusion towards the point. The upper part is decorated with the figure of Judith with the head of Holofernes, as well as the year 1621. The lower part is decorated with the letters JVS.
