The focus is on Diana, dressed in blue broca from Lucca with white birds and lions as a patron, and Procis saying goodbye to each other before the latter returns to her husband Cephalus, who had accused her of infidelity and for which she had fled. The moments of seduction and flight are presented at the back of nature and on the second level. The foreground is dominated left and right by elegantly dressed hunteresses with their hunting gear, hunting dogs and falcon. In the lower corners each time two mythological figures: on the left Mars et Venus, on the right Leander et Haero. Delft. City mark left in the blue lower hem.
