Porcelain spittoon. The outside is multicolored painted with a single flower twig. The inside shows blue napkin work along the edge, trimmed with rocailles in gold, interrupted in two places by a gold-edged medallion, in which multicolored representations of resp. a man and a woman arguing with a man bent over a basket from behind and a man with a stick from behind sitting on a basket by a sack , both against a gray background. Gold piping along mouth and foot rim.
