On the right Charles IV of Lorraine, dressed as the Sun, standing on a triumphal chariot pulled by horses. On the left a fenced garden with Juno, Minerva and Venus, pulled by two people dressed as trees. Underneath it a cave with the workshop of Vulcan, drawn by four cyclops, and Apollo with a lyre and a group of musicians and singers on a stage, pulled by six musicians. Above the performance an inscription in French. This print is part of a series of illustrations for a book about the festivities (including a tournament) in the ducal palace in Nancy on February 14, 1627.
