Doggersbank honorary sabre awarded by Stadholder Prince William V in 1781 to officer Musquetier. This type of a more or less normalized honorary saber stands out for the successful design of the vested basket: the contemporary hilt with screwed-on front bracket, the normally smooth head is now modeled into a lion's head and the processing of the navy symbol, the anchor, in one of the side brackets. Hilt of yellow copper, gilded. The handle is lined with haaie skin and wrapped with copper wire. In total, about 20 such honorary sabers have been awarded as a result of the Dogger Bank Action.
