Gilded bronze firebox, consisting of a reclining lion on a basement. The head carries wide-modelled mane; The muzzle is slightly open. The tail runs with a curl under a paw and ends on the back. The curls on the corners of the basement bear rosettes; the frieze in between shows a chalice leaf fries on dark patinated soil.
