Octagonal, egg-shaped lidded jar of porcelain, painted on the glaze in blue, red, pink, green, purple, black and gold. The abdomen is covered with peony branches against a background of a spiral pattern. On each of the eight sides a saved, scalloped cartouche with alternating flower branches (peony, chrysanthemum, aster, prunus) near a rock or one or more people on a terrace or in a fenced garden near flowering plants and rocks. The neck with napkin work interspersed with lobed cartouches with deer or birds at a peony plant. Around the foot a decorative band. The lid with the same decoration; the lid button is in the shape of a shishi (lion dog). Lid button is not original. Lidded jar is part of the cabinet set AK-NM-11497. Famille rose.
