Buckle plate of (gilded?) copper on which in silver the coat of arms of Orange with the inscription: 'Voor/ de/ Actie/ van/ Doggers/Bank/5 Augts/ 1781'. Object belongs to a portrait purchased at the same time and a saber. The buckle plate is half curved with attachment points on the back. The inscription is to the left and right of the coat of arms. Rectangular copper plate, curved semicircular on which a silver crowned coat of arms is screwed into relief. On both sides, the inscription is engraved. On the reverse side on the right a bracket, in the middle below and above a nut holding the silver weapon, on the left in the middle a flat hook.
