Dutch Hollende Koe. Cartoon on Hans Willem Bentinck, Count of Portland, and the encroachment on privileges of various Dutch cities, especially Amsterdam, 1690. Bentinck riding a blindfolded donkey tramples figures with blindoeken and Midasoren (in this state the city coats of arms of Rotterdam, Haarlem, Leiden and others have been removed from these figures). At the front right, the claws of the Dutch Lion are cut by an Englishman. On the right a gate with the coat of arms of The Hague with the inscription: T Slaapt Hier Al.
