Illuminations and decoration at the city hall during the celebration of the Treaty of Utrecht in The Hague on June 14, 1713. A scaffolding has been built against the façade on which allegorical representations can be seen. Two herons spray liquor from the façade to the crowd. Large candlesticks are set up on both sides. Bottom the title and legend 1-8 in Dutch and French.
