Conical foot, baluster-shaped trunk with two nodi, conical calyx with rounded underside. Vaulted lid with button made up of a nodus under a point. Foot, stem, bottom chalice, top cover and button faceted. On the chalice, in a medallion built from a ribbon tied at the bottom wrapped with oak leaves, the assignment "TO OUR PARENTS/J:D:V:wz/&/C:J:C:/den 23 Nov 1809". The glass is depicted in the Eighth Book of W:G:J:& CH De Vos, October 1809, fol.5 (J. de Vos del.)
