Standing clock in an oak cabinet glued with multiple types of wood. The cabinet in the shape of an Ionic column shows cannelures in marquetry and a festoon. The three-sided concave pedestal shows a trophy with attributes in marquetry placed between two over-angled volute consoles. The hood with sloping pilasters with copper and volute consoles, wears a tympanan and two winged figures and Atlas, all gilded. Ships and a face on Rotterdam are painted above the dial.
