Two maps (VII-VIII) with the Spanish and English fleet in the Channel at the Isle of Wight and at the Strait of Dover, within an ornamental framework. At the top of the frame are the portraits of Sir Martin Frobisher and Sir John Hawkins. Between them in a Corona Navalis (ship's crown). The portraits are flanked by two putti with laurel wreaths. The judge has the wreaths hanging from a trident. Among the portraits Victoria on a Culumna Rostrata, or a column in honor of a triumph decorated with ship's buoys. On the shield of Victoria are the names of the persons who were knighted by the Lord High Admiral. In the lower edge of the frame, one of the persons on board a ship is knighted. A man next to the Lord Admiral holds up a book. The print is part of an album. The performance is part of a book about the Spanish Armada and the carpets that were made on behalf of Charles Howard.
