Plaque on the occasion of the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the restoration of the independence of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in November 1863. Central the first stone laying for the National Monument in The Hague by King William III on November 17, 1863. Among them are the portraits of the three kings William I, II and III. Portraits of Van der Duyn van Maasdam and Kemer and van Limburg Stirum and Van Hogendorp at the bottom. Centrally at the bottom of the Dutch Virgin with the Dutch Lion. On the left the arrival of the prince at Scheveningen in 1813 and his oath on the constitution. Other performances of the Battle of Quatre-Bras, the flood of 1861 and illumination of the Palace on Dam Square in 1863.
