Haori for a man with a decoration on the lining of a woman lost in thought sitting at a window overlooking a veranda, tree and moon, surrounded by books, paper and an easel. One of the books is entitled 'Furyu kenkyu' ('Study of Elegance'). Bottom right in red the seal Shoha. Black glossy silk (habutae) with hand-painted and stenciled yuzen decoration. Five coats of arms (mon) of shippo and hanabishi motifs.
