Standing woman, with her back to a full length mirror, dressed in a cashmere gown. Bodice and sleeves decorated with 'chefs' (piping?) of cashmere. 'Chapeau demi paré en étoffe Iris.' Further accessories: earring in the right ear, gloves. Print from the fashion magazine Nouveau Journal des Dames, Paris, from 5 July 1821 to the end of December 1821. From January 1822 to 1868 the fashion magazine was entitled: Petit Courrier des Dames.
