Octagonal plate of soft-paste porcelain (pâte tendre), painted on the glaze in blue, red, green, black and gold. On the shelf a representation of Shiba Onko (Sima Guang) next to the water pot in which a child has fallen. A third person stands on the other side of the pot. On the edge a band with floral scrolls. Three proens on the bottom. The plate is in the style of Japanese Kakiemon porcelain.
