Standing woman with on her head a hat of 'paille de riz', decorated with peonies. She wears a 'canezou' of batist, folded with small folds and trimmed with valencienne. Skirt, decorated with wrinkled strips of fabric. Further accessories: earring, belt and a walking stick that can also be used as a parasol. On the left a seated woman, seen on the back, dressed in the same gown. Print from the fashion magazine Petit Courrier des Dames (1821-1868).
