The coat of arms is surrounded by acanthus leaves. Around the coat of arms the inscription: 'IN THE MEMORIAL OF HERMANNUS LAURENTS DISCHER CHIEF OF THE COMMISSIONERS AND PROW-CARDERS ON BATAVIA Ao. 1749'. Four flower sprays (peony, chrysanthemum, iris) and a spearhead border on the edge. Weapon porcelain with enamel colours.
