Salmon velvet play fair embroidered in gold and silver thread and multicolored silk with the alliance coat of arms of Charles Eugène Gabriel de La Croix de Castries, marquis de Castries, comte de Charlus (1727-1801) and Gabrielle Isabeau Thérèse de Rozet de Rocozel de Fleury (1728-1800). Model: flat bottom around which a wavy raised edge with holes through which partial remnants of a string of pink silk and silver wire braided - ending in a drop-shaped bud with wooden core and wounds with braided silver wire - have been drawn. Smaller buds are sewn on the edge opposite each other. Fed with goatskin; from the silk lining a few more chips are visible on the bottom. Decoration: the 20 bulges or 'ribs' are decorated with alternating stacked ornaments embossed with gilded silver thread and ditto lovers. At three-quarters height, a double horizontal line of silver wire within which crown-shaped ornaments are embossed. The bottom is circled with an edge, in which the alliance coat of arms of brocade, ribs silk, multicolored vlos silk and gold and silver thread in relief.
