Prince William V of Orange-Nassau is offered the stadholdership of the personified Union (the United Netherlands) because he came of age in 1766. Wisdom puts a wreath on William V's head. Freedom of Religion, Justice and Prudence stand on the left, bringing Peace and Abundance and making trade and arts flourish.
