A soldier, at his feet, to the right, with a rudder (a certain type of firearm) leaning on his left shoulder. In his left hand, in addition to the flask of the rudder, there is also a burning fuse (no. 33), ca. 1600. It is therefore the same position as the one shown on the first print of the series.
