In the middle Prince Maurits with the Dutch Lion (with eagle's head) armed with a sword on the chain. On the left a ferocious bull behind a fence, behind it a tower with beacon. In the background, princes (including Archduke Albrecht and Isabella) dance to the pope's pipes and drums. A Jesuit picks up war gear from a well with a bucket.
