The Royal French standard with a bright sun, captured at the battle of Seneffe on July 11, 1674 between the Allied Spanish, Imperial and State troops under William III on the one hand and the French under the Prince of Condé on the other. The standard was presented to the Duke of Villahermosa in Brussels in September. Under plate 4 verses in Latin, French, Spanish and Dutch. The standard or print is dedicated to Juan Domingo de Zuñiga y Fonseca, Count of Monterrey and Governor of the Southern Netherlands.
