The St. Elizabeth's Flood, flood on 18-19 November 1421. In the middle the city of Dordrecht with the Vuilpoort on the left. In the foreground, three men load goods from a boat onto a wagon. On the right cows in the meadow near a mill. In the background the land between maas and waal with several villages that are indicated by name. Outside of the left panel, is part of two panels, painted on either side with representations from the life of Saint Elisabeth of Hungary (1207-31) and the St. Elizabeth's Flood 18-19 November 1421 (SK-A-3145/46 and SK-A-3147A/B).
