Thirteen figures, mostly shield carriers, made of oak, from the desk from the Rolzaal in the Hof van Holland in 's-Gravenhage. Five sitting lions, six sitting dogs or related animals, a sitting monkey and a kneeling boy. They each hold a shield for themselves. The sitting monkey has a pestle and mortar. Each figure is placed on a profiled six-sided capital. Two corresponding colonets, the top half of which is hurled, is the lower square.
