Bridge in the mountains and setting sun. Across the bridge a man on horseback followed by three travelers. It is the famous Monkey Bridge (Saruhashi) that lies over the Katsura River on the Kôshûkaidô road. This print was therefore made in honor of the new year of the monkey. With two poems.
