The process of making personalized wall art starts with uploading an image. After you have uploaded your image, selected your custom options, and placed your order, our team immediately gets to work bringing your canvas print to life.
The canvas print starts with our team building a frame in our custom in-house frame shop. Each custom made frame is built with wood sourced from the southern United States. Our wood is extremely strong and will not warp under pressure during the canvas stretching process.
Additionally, the wood used for our frames has a smooth finish as to not puncture through the custom cotton blended canvas. More so, our Forest Service Certified Pine wood is just one of the ways we work to lessen our environmental impact.
After the frame is complete, we print your image on our custom cotton blended canvas material. We only use the highest grade canvas material, not cheap polyester canvas, in our canvas prints. This canvas is highly rated for its clarity and color absorption.
We send this custom cotton canvas blend through our Epson S60600L 60" Production Press that applies eco-solvent inks to the canvas. The other popular ink used in canvas printing, aqueous ink, loses up to 40% of the ink during the drying process resulting in a dull canvas print.
Upon completion of printing, the canvas is sent back to our framing team to be attached to the frame. We use an advanced automated framing machine to stretch the canvas to the frame. This machine pulls the canvas with the perfect amount of tension allowing our technicians to staple the canvas to the frame at perfect angles. This technique eliminates the possibility of the canvas cracking due to stress.
Finally, the canvas is sent to our shipping department who carefully pack the canvas with corner protectors and ship the canvas straight to your front door.
