Shipping Policy

 

We work hard to ensure that every order is shipped out promptly from the time of order. The date of order is the current calendar date before 3:00 PM EST on a given business day (Monday-Friday.) If you place your order after 3:00 PM EST, or on a weekend, your order will be considered received on the next business day. Orders generally ship within 3-5 days after receipt unless otherwise stated, but production time is not guaranteed and may be impacted by the number of orders in the current queue. Please note your order may ship in multiple packages.

Priority Production:

Selecting this option during product customization will expedite your order through production so it ships the next business day after it is received, instead of our standard 3-day production period. Orders placed after 3 pm EST will not be received until the next business day. Priority Production does not reflect the ground transport travel time.

What is Route?
We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.

Route is also a mobile app that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. No need to dig through your email for tracking numbers. Route’s dynamic maps and real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery. The Route app is available on Android and Apple app stores.
