In the middle, Peace and Justice sit on a throne on a pedestal. In front of the pedestal is a money chest and there are jewelry and vases. The objects indicate the Liberal Gift of the fiftieth medal requested in 1747 in support of the warring country. Above the two women the text Monent monetae date. Around a frame with eight cartouches: At the bottom the coat of arms of Zeeland with motto Luctor et emergo; at the top, a armored figure (possibly Minerva) receives a fasces from an angel; on both sides three cartouches that refer to the exaltation of William IV. At the bottom the caption Felix congressio quâ pax se themidi jungat.
