Central Napoleon as Mars pouring a horn of abundance into the lap of the Dutch Virgin. Behind the virgin a palm tree and a putti with trumpets, one of which is marked 'Peace in Europe'. Behind Mars, warships are destroyed by lightning. On the left, four figures in Roman dress take an oath above a burning altar, above in the clouds pouring putti with a horn with flowers empty. In the background a triumph procession and four ships with the French, Dutch, British and Spanish flag.
