One of four armchairs (model button chair) made of walnut, with smooth twisted posts and transverse lines; front legs and rear posts ending in finely turned knobs; obliquely rear-facing back with four flat transverse sports; armrests curved and ending in smooth volute, resting on baluster-shaped strut. Seat of braided piping, turned on top, processed under straight. On the seat of (A) loose trapezoidal shaped cushion, hollowed out at the corner posts, lined with watered red silk over a hard filling. The cushion is trimmed all around with trimming with woven tassels of alternating yellow and red silk (according to a special pattern). The moiré effect is mirrored with a fold (necessary for obtaining this effect) that runs in the middle of the seat. Originally apprêt is still present. Silk and galon identical to bed (BK-NM-1010-33), sick chair (BK-NM-1010-12), crib cloth (BK-NM-1010-39-B), tablecloth (BK-NM-1010-28) and alcove curtain (BK-NM-1010-63).
