Bell-shaped porcelain cup and saucer, painted on the glaze in black and gold. On the shelf of the dish the coat of arms of the De Marre family. The coat of arms depicts an hourglass, with the wing of a bird on the left and a bat wing on the right. The helmet sign consists of the same image. The tarp consists of leaf vines and a row of pearls. On the edge an acanthus ornament derived from prints by the Dutch botanist Maria Sybille Merian (1646-1717).
