Semi-spherical bowl on a stand ring, made of painted porcelain. The border is decorated with the Ozier pattern. The inside of the bowl is painted with 'deutsche Blumen', the outside with two representations: one after a print by William Hogarth (A midnight Modern Conversation) and one with a landscape in which a woman serves coffee or tea to a smoking man at a table and a servant who has fallen to the floor with a tray of sweets. Behind the woman a clock on a pedestal. Both scenes are set in a garden. Along the inside of the edge is a golden band with leaf work painted. The painting is executed in blue, red, two colors green, yellow, two colors purple, brown and black.
