Stoneware bowl, covered with a white slip and a grey-green glaze. An incised flower rosette on the bottom; around it each time large bands with flowers, ruyi motifs and valuables (coin). The incised decoration is filled with white sludge (mishima technique). The outer wall with a band of pressed dots. Three old labels on the bottom with 'W702', 'mishima Satsuma/17th century, beginning' and 'or mishima Karatsu?'. Three firing cracks in the wall; some chips in the rim. Satsuma.
