Cartoon in favour of the Royal Decree of 14 August 1825 directed against the training of pupils abroad, and in particular in saint-Acheul in France, as an evasion of the obligation to follow the priestly training at the Collegium Philosophicum in Leuven. On the right the Jesuit college with priests and students, on the left students leave with a carriage. Under the performance a French song in five verses.
