Chest, anonymous, c. 1650 - c. 1710 Canvas Print
Chest with drawers on base of tropical wood (ambon sutra?) with partially imposed frames of Coromandel wood, on later, black stained base. The rectangular box has a space, closed by the lid, above three drawers, two next to each other above one over the entire width. Compartment and drawers are separated by Coromandelhouten frames that run over the sides. Openwork and engraved lock plates, tractors and handles made of copper. Rectangular base on four inverted pear-shaped legs. A piece of the lower lock plate is missing on the right side.
