Coffee urn, anonymous, 1700 - 1800 Canvas Print
Large crane jug of partly black mangled and partly (fire) gilded suassa, consisting of various parts soldered together. The jug has a convex belly, black-covered, with notched decorations (along the upper edge, band over the middle of the abdomen and three patterns with flowers and leaves), furthermore three cartouches with similar embossed representations of trees, branches with leaves and flowers, birds, pagodas and people in a boat. At the bottom of the jug, three legs are soldered like stylized heads of monsters with protruding protruding protruding proboscis-shaped legs from their mouths, sprouting in curl. Each leg sits exactly between two cartouches on the abdomen. In the middle of each cartouche is a tap soldered from gilded suassa. This includes a tap in the form of dolphins. On the round belly is a straight tube-shaped neck of gilded suassa attached, slightly tapered. Along the upper edge, not-in-lined decorations are arranged in horizontal bands. Attached to the neck are two smooth, round ears, which at the top as stylized branches extend in half with egg leaf on it. On either side, two elongated cartouches are also applied to the neck with a frame in the form of an curly brace. Inside is decoration in relief of trees, branches, flowers, pagodas and animals. The lid is black muffled suassa with notrated decorations of leaves and flowers, made up of two corrugated parts and separately applied round knot on top with small embossed decorations.
