Woman, seen on the back, dressed in a spencer trimmed with fur on a gown with tow. 'Coëfure Asiatique'. Long scarf trimmed with fringes, draped like a sash diagonally across the chest. Further accessories: gloves, impeller, flat shoes with bows and pointed noses. The print is part of a series of 142 fashion prints, of which 115 have been identified, published by J. Chéreau, Paris, 1799-1810.
