The deathbed of Frederick Henry. The prince is comforted in his final moments by the preacher J. Goethals. The prince's immediate relatives and several administrators have gathered around the bed. In the performance they are indicated by numbers. In the legend 1-15 below the performance are the corresponding names. This copy has a poem by Cats on the back about two columns. According to this text, the print was used as an introduction to the poem 'de Doot-kiste voor de levenden' (1647).
