Decagonal porcelain plate, painted in underglaze blue and on the glaze in red, green, yellow, black and gold with bamboo stems and bound hedges near a flowering prunus tree in which sits a pheasant, with bamboo on the left and another pheasant, along the brown rim a band of leaf and flower motifs, continuous leaf vines on the back. Three samples and a mark of an unidentified character in the foot ring. Kakiemon.
