Top left the Dutch Lion with the arrow bundle and the sword, middle above the coat of arms of Willem V. Top right the Fame with a banner with the letter W. Bottom left the personification of the Faith and right below the Force. In the middle of the Dutch Virgin on a throne and William V, who took a vow.
