Plate of wood with black and gold lacquer with the crowned mirror monogram of Johan van Hoorn, Governor General of the East Indies from 1704 to 1709 (1653-1711), and his wife Susanna Agneta van Outhoorn, amid laurel branches and leaf vines. The back has a nashiji fond. The monogram is accidentally turned upside down.
