Gourd-shaped vase of porcelain, painted on the glaze in red and gold. The lower part of the body with four scalloped cartouches with flower vines, between the cartouches also flower vines; above it a band with medallions with swastika pattern and shading. Between the two bulges a band with flower vines. The upper part of the body with four medallions with flower vines, between the medallions also flower vines; above it a band of napkin with medallions. The neck with a band with flower vines and diamonds with tendrils above. Around the foot a decorative band and a band with shading. The underside with the inscription 'Kasugayama', [name]; 'Tenpo nensei', 'made in the Tenpo period'; 'Minzan' [name], mark. Edge has been restored. Kasugayama.
